LAND

The property covers 160 hectareas of land, including 100 ha of wood and 60ha with agricoltural cultivation like 13ha of vineyard specialized in Chianti D.O.C.G. and olive trees for olive oil production I.G.P.

The agricultural land have a varied and good exposure while lying in the hills with gentle slopes, performing the cultivation activities by mechanical means obtaining high yields thanks to the mild climate and abundant rainfall.

BUILDINGS

The farmhouse has several buildings close to each other making a little hamlet, includinf the company centre, residences, farmhouse apartments all around the central square. The hamlet has been renovated according to the real typical Tuscan standards.

The rural building works as residence, information office, show room and wine tasting room for the company’s products. It includes the cellar with all the technologically advanced equipment regarding the conservation and production of wine.  Capacity: 1.870 hectolitres (18 inox steel tinos, 2 oak tinos, 5 fiberglass tinos, 25 barriques of french oak, 2 tonneaux of french oak, 1 destemmer, 1 press for the grapes crushing).

The other buildings have been renovated in 2000-2001, and they present 13 apartments, office, recreation room, storage, laundry all around the central square.

The apartments has beams and rafters, cotto tiled floors, independent entrance, veranda, kitchen, living-room, fireplace.

The complex ha salso a lake for the sport fishing, 2 swimming pools in the centre of a, equipped park of 3.000 sqm with olive trees, pine trees, cypresses and fenced with hedges to garantee privacy.

The new municipal development plan has accepted the request to expand the current business accommodation using the gross building of mc. 7,700 for 40 new beds, restaurant, gym, spa and meeting room, new vineyards plants for about 7 has already made but with the possibility of planting new vineyards for 20 h. The company was sold to locked gates and includes agricultural machinery, agricultural equipment is both for the agritourism activities, collection of tractors and threshing machines dating from the years 1920-1940, and stocks in stock products such as white and red wines with Geographical Indication, Chianti DOCG and Extra Virgin.
